02 — Overview

Coming Bro is a ride-hailing platform with separate passenger and driver apps. The passenger app makes transport simple and accessible: sign in with a phone number, Google or Apple, set pickup and destination, choose a ride option that fits the budget and track the trip.

It is designed to work in both busy cities and rural areas, supporting a transport network that creates driver jobs while keeping fares economical.

What stood in the way

Ride booking has to be effortless for first-time smartphone users and reliable on patchy rural connectivity, while coordinating live locations between passengers and drivers in real time.

What we built

We built the passenger app in Flutter for Android and iOS with phone/Google/Apple sign-in, map-based pickup and drop selection, live ride tracking and clear fare options, backed by real-time APIs shared with the driver app.
